I had my son's 6th birthday party at Bouncetown last Sunday. When we got home I noticed that 7 gifts were not his, they were gifts for the other girl who was having a party at the same time. In addition, my neighbor's gift (clothes) and my mother's gift (a Nintendo DSi) were missing. I immediatley called Bouncetown that night and the girl who was working said she'd look for them. I called the next day and the girl said she contacted thte other parties but said nobody had the missing gifts. Then one of the owners of Bouncetown called to say they can't do anything about my missing gifts. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. The workers were the ones responsible for taking the gifts and putting them into the correct bins. I am filing a police report with the East Norriton Police and am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not risk having your party here. The owners only care about making money and have no regard whatsoever about the satisfaction of their patrons.

I have never faced this kind of experience in my life. In fact i don't get out of my house after 10 in the night.

Hi-

We at the Healthy Development Lab at Rutgers-Camden are conducting a web-based survey about parenting and eating issues. It only takes about 10 minutes to complete and anyone with a child 13 years or younger is eligible. In December, there will be a drawing for a $100 Visa Gift Card. If you are willing/interested in taking the survey or forwarding the below information to people you know who are eligible we’d really appreciate it! The survey is completely anonymous, so we have no way of knowing who answers what.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
