In the morning, we'll get our feet wet in the streams as we search for creatures large and small. In the afternoon, we'll paddle canoes around our own Wind Dance Pond looking for turtles and fish. All equipment is provided. Registration required. Register online.

$45 Members; $55 Nonmembers, for kids 5-12

Extended day until 6:00 pm is available for an additional fee of $15/day.

Visit the busiest workers at TheDCH - honeybees! Our beekeepers will discuss the wondrous products that bees create (honey, wax, propolis, pollen pellets), as well as answer questions and open the hives to peek at a bee’s life. Enjoy a spring evening munching on honey treats, strolling the gardens and observing our hives at work. Space is limited. Please pre-register.

Devon Horse Show starts Thursday, May 23 through Sunday, June 2, 2013

Gates will open daily at approximately 8:00 am and close at approximately 10:00 pm. The Country Fair area opens around 10:00 am for the Midway and Shopping. The first Sunday, the gates will open at 11:00 am and the Horse Show classes will start at 1:00 pm. The final Sunday the show ends at about 1 pm.

As spring comes to life and shows off its vibrant colors and amazing textures and smells, we will explore how nature changes throughout the season. We will use what we find as inspiration for one of a kind art projects. Your child will explore a variety of artistic techniques using various art and natural materials. This class will introduce children to the art that can be found within nature, teach them to see its beauty and inspire them to unleash their creativity and craft their own masterpieces. Our small class sizes allow for children of all abilities and interests to express their creative side and find their own path on our journey. For children ages 3 to 6.
